1- Login to tenders list\qualification invitations and review its details\specific qualification invitations
2- Select tender cancellation with the reason from the list
3- Submit cancellation request for verification and approval, by the in charge of auditing the tenders and procurement in the government entity
4- In case of request approval, the tender/qualification invitation will be cancelled
