Service Level Agreement

In line with the National Center for Government Resources Systems’ orientation to upgrade Etimad Platform’s services provided to the beneficiaries, and stemming from the duties and responsibilities vested on it, and in line with the instructions of the honorable leadership to save no effort in providing the service to the beneficiaries at the maximum speed and in the easiest ways, the Center is keen to provide e-services via Etimad Platform aiming at carrying out the financial transactions and to provide different communication channels for support and assistance.

Privacy and confidentiality of information:

The National Center for Government Resources Systems exerts its best endeavours to provide high-quality services to all the beneficiaries through a privacy policy that prioritizes confidentiality of the information of all the beneficiaries of its services.

Communication and Participation:

The Platform includes a section for E- participation. This section provides an opportunity for sharing opinions and discussing and introducing the proposals and topics that help in decision making, drafting laws and developing the solutions and services that enhance digital transformation in the public finance, promotes the local content and increase facilities’ participation in the economic development and increasing the level of transparency and expenditure efficiency.

The Platform can provide support, empowerment and assistance to the highest number of visitors to the website by providing a written content, detailed information and links to some forms of assistance such as: FAQ, communication channels, complaints and suggestions and the Help Center. The Platform is required to interact and respond to the messages and requests received by the beneficiaries through Contact Us.

The time taken and the average time for accessibility of the homepage and all the other pages:

·       Time taken for accessibility to Etimad Homepage: 2 seconds for 50 synchronous users along with cache activation.

·       Average time of Etimad Homepage: 0.4 seconds for 50 synchronous users along with cache activation.

·       Time taken for accessibility to the E-services page at Etimad Platform: 5 seconds for 50 synchronous users with cache activation.

·       Average time of the E-services Page: 2 seconds for 505 synchronous users with caches activation.

·       Readiness ratio: 99.98%
