This service enables government entities to create post qualification invitation for some vendors whom participated on selected tenders to check their qualification before award process
1- Login to post qualification invitation service
2- Create post qualification invitation and enter basic information for qualification invitation
3- Approval of the post qualification invitation by the secretary of the Bid Examination Committee in the government entity
4- Acceptance of the post qualification invitation by the secretary of the Bid qualification committee and enter the terms and details of the qualification
5- Review and approve the qualification information by the head of the qualification committee in the government entity, then to be sent to the post qualified invited vendors
