1- Choose the shopping cart order service from the e-market screen and create a shopping cart
2- Choose the selected products to be purchased to be added to the shopping cart
3- Confirm the purchase request and send the shopping cart for approval by the procurement officer at the government entity
If approved, a purchase order will be created with the selected products and sent to the supplier
A sufficient balance in the budget items of the framework agreement of the government entity
