1- Login to Vendors appeal list and review its details by the secretary of the bid examination committee in the government entity to be sent for review and approval
2- Review the appeal request by the head of the bids examination committee to take the decision either by acceptance or rejection, notify the vendor with the decision along with mentioning the rejection reason
1- Appeal requests may not be reviewed before the end of the suspension period.
2- If the entity does not respond to the appeal request within a period of fifteen days, the response shall be considered a rejection after this period.
