Register a Transferred Contract

This service aims to enable the government entity to register valid transferred contracts that were not previously registered in the system in special cases (example: when two government entities are merged or when a government entity is separated) by linking the transferred contract to the reference number of the old contract and the number of the government entity.
SLA Page
1- Choose the service of registering a transferred contract by the procurement department officer in the government entity
2- Complete the contract or credits data and then choose the payment plan
3- Submitting the request for approval within the series of approvals at the government entity and the Ministry of Finance
1- The approval of the vision realization office in the government entity if the the contract is lnked to the VRO
1- A copy of the contract or credits
2- The license letter (if the contract was previously approved by the Ministry of Finance)
