This service aims to enable the beneficiary or the employee of the government entity to book the flight ticket for the approved ERCAB orders.

Government Individuals
SLA Page
1- View the approved ERCAB orders.
2- Choose “booking the ticket" for one of the approved ERCAB orders.
3- Review available flights and choose the appropriate one.
4- Book your ticket.
5- View the booking data and notify the beneficiary of the reservation confirmation.
The beneficiary must have an approved boarding order for which no ticket has been booked.
