1- The user selects the online Auction Requests page.
2- The user selects the auction in the case of "pending approval of the final guarantee".
3- The user examines the attached guarantee from the winning bidder and then decides either to reject or approve the guarantee.
In case of rejection of the guarantee, it will be returned for amendment by the bidder.
In case of approval, the invoice is automatically generated and sent to the bidder, and then the bid is awarded automatically upon completion of payment.
