1- The bill is registered through the internal systems of the government agency
Tahseel portal
1- Login the agency's user on the Tahseel system
2- Open the Bill Registration page
3- Fill in the bill information
4- Save the bill
1- The Government agency should be integrated with Tahseel
2- Or the government agency should have access to the Tahseel portal, the government agency employee has access to the Tahseel portal and permission to register a bill.
