1- Select bid examination and technical and financial evaluation of required bid
2- Conduct technical examination by the examination committee which been selected at the beginning of the bid for all bids. Moreover, entering the result of the technical and financial bid to the system
3- Review and approve the results by the chairman of the bids examination committee
