 A proactive service designed to receive contracts for signing after award notification. It enables suppliers and the government entity to sign and approve the contract through the signature feature.

1- Choose contract management service, then choose contracts and credits
2- Choose the required contract from the list of contracts, and the status of the contract is “signed by the government entity”
3- Review the contract to be e-signed from the list of options
4- Choose to sign the contract, so that the user is directed to the contract signing service by the service provider
5- Complete the account data to sign the contract and click on the “Sign” icon, and confirm the success of signing the contract
1- An automated contract signed electronically by the registered supplier
2- A digital certified certificate on the platform for the signatory to the contract
3- Approval and signature of the contract by the head of the entity or whoever been authorized
