  1. Access the service.
  2. Click on the "Deductions" menu.
  3. Select the existing deduction schedule and click on the "Cancel Deduction Schedule" option.
  4. A confirmation message will appear with a field to specify the reason for cancellation.
  5. (Optional) Add comments in the designated field.
  6. Click on "Cancel Deduction Schedule" and submit the request.
  • The deduction schedule must be active and valid.
  • Canceling a deduction schedule does not require the approval of the government employee.
