This service aims to enable the government entity to register an alternative contract for the contract that was terminated or partially withdrawn some of its work from the supplier, and to allow automatic review of all data of the main contract, on condition that this is done with another new supplier than the previous supplier in the main contract.
SLA Page
1- Choose the service of registering an alternative contract by the procurement department officer in the government entity
2- Complete the contract or credits data and then choose the payment plan
3- Submitting the request for approval within the series of approvals at the government entity and the Ministry of Finance
1- The credits of the Ministry of Finance if the contract value is SAR 5 million or more, or the contract period is 12 months or more
2- The credits of the Vision Realization Office in the government entity, if the contract value is SAR 20 million or more, and the contract period is 12 months or more
