The e-consultations and e-questionnaires are direct communication channels between "Etimad" platform and the public and private sectors via "Tafaul" and "Public Consultation – Istitlaa" platforms, to participate in decision-making in a way that contributes to the realization of the Saudi Vision 2030, to receive feedback on laws and regulations, and to measure satisfaction with all procedures and decisions, with the aim of increasing the efficiency of services and products.
