NCGR Launched The E-payment Channels Service Through Government Entities

NCGR launches the e-payment channels service under the supervision of the Ministry of Finance and in coordination with the DGA

The National Center for Government Resources Systems (NCGR) launched the e-payment channels service through government entities, which allows the beneficiary to complete the process of paying his service fees through the platform of each government entity that operates the service. This service comes within the NCGR's system of products aimed at supporting government efforts that aim to promote digital transformation in government financial transactions to achieve the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 by providing the best services and solutions to beneficiaries according to the best standards.

This service saves time and effort by making the previous payment steps to be only made via one-step and at one-place via the websites of government entities, through which transfers can be made from inside or outside the Kingdom. As many government entities are included in providing this service, such as, the Ministry of Interior represented by "Absher" platform, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, the Transport General Authority, the General Commission For Audiovisual Media, the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property, the Saudi Business Center, and Etimad platform.

His Excellency the Minister of Finance, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the NCGR, Mohammad Al-Jadaan, confirmed that the Ministry seeks to develop and organize the infrastructure in financial technologies for government entities, and to facilitate for beneficiaries by providing unified and integrated digital services, as part of its efforts to achieve the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

His Excellency the Governor of the Digital Government Authority (DGA), Eng. Ahmed Al-Soyyan, explained that this quality service comes within the framework of the digital transformation process and the promotion of investment and spending efficiency within the framework of building an integrated digital society through digital products of high quality and efficiency that contribute to raising investment returns and supporting the national economy.

The CEO of the NCGR, Eng. Youssef Al-Hargan, said that the NCGR seeks, by launching this service, to provide more efficient and effective digital government services in line with the strategic directions of the digital government in enhancing the efficiency of government performance and raising the satisfaction rate of beneficiaries, which will contribute to raising the quality of life in the kingdom.
