Etimad Platform Ranked Fourth in the Digital Experience Maturity Index for 2025

Etimad platform, affiliated with the National Center for Government Resources Systems, ranked fourth in the Digital Experience Maturity Index for 2025, issued by the Digital Government Authority, moving it two places higher than in 2024 A.D. It achieved an advanced level of 91.43%. Etimad Platform also topped the digital platforms in terms of technology and tools, achieving first place with a score of 96.33% at the Excellent level, according to the evaluation results announced on Wednesday, which included «50» government platforms.
The index was implemented according to a comprehensive methodology covering four main perspectives and «20» axes with detailed criteria to measure the maturity of the digital experience. The platform was evaluated in the main perspectives of handling complaints with a rate of «93.22%», achieving third place at an advanced level. As for the user experience perspective, the platform obtained a rate of «91.10%», ranking seventh at the advanced level. The platform also achieved the proficient level in the newly created digital inclusion index with a rate of «81.10%». This index specifically reflects the Center’s awareness of the importance of designing services that meet the needs of people with disabilities and the elderly and enable them to benefit therefrom independently and effectively.
It should be noted that this increase in the index is the result of ongoing efforts to enhance digital integration, improve the GPT user experience, and employ artificial intelligence technologies across numerous services, including Etimad and the smart assistant. This contributed to saving more than «2,250» hours of human effort, expediting procedures, and improving the efficiency of responding to beneficiary inquiries
This national achievement, which was carried out with the participation of «374,000» beneficiaries from various regions of the Kingdom, is the result of the great support and empowerment that the national transformation in the government sector enjoys from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud – May Allah protect them – as part of the efforts exerted to consolidate digital transformation as one of the enablers of the ambitious Saudi Vision 2030, and to enhance the efficiency, transparency, and quality of government services provided to various beneficiaries.
Commenting on this achievement, Eng. Yousef bin Abdulrahman Al Hargan, CEO of the National Center for Government Resource Systems, explained that Etimad platform's top ranking on the index reflects the Center's commitment to achieving the highest levels of digital excellence. He explained that it is the result of integrated work aimed at improving the beneficiary journey, developing digital services to suit the needs of various groups, and facilitating and accelerating procedures through a reliable digital environment. He emphasized Etimad has now become a comprehensive national digital platform that effectively contributes to the digitization of government resource management and provides numerous services in financial tracks, human resources, procurement, and supply chains, which contributes to raising spending efficiency, enabling sustainable digital transformation, and enhancing the principles of transparency and accountability in government procedures.
These ongoing efforts by the National Center for Government Resource Systems (NCGR) to develop Etimad platform and enhance the maturity of its digital services, aiming to keep pace with the aspirations of the next phase, improve quality of life, and consolidate the Kingdom's leading position in digital transformation at the regional and international levels.
