The National Center for Government Resource Systems has launched the Etimad Developer Portal on the Etimad Platform, dedicated to providing Application Programming Interface (APIs) services to beneficiaries across government, private, financial, and banking sectors. The portal enables the development of integrated and innovative products and services by leveraging the latest technologies and the data available on the Etimad Platform.

The portal aims to enhance the beneficiary experience by fostering innovation in system and application development, keeping pace with technological advancements, and supporting digital transformation across sectors. It also contributes to creating new job opportunities that help refine the digital skills of national talents. 

His Excellency Eng. Yousef bin Abdulrahman Al-Harqan, CEO of the Center, affirmed: “The technical enablement provided by Etimad Developer will enhance digital innovation in products and services, maximize the utilization of data, increase the contribution of small and medium enterprises, and support the growth of the Kingdom’s digital economy.” 

The portal offers a wide range of services, including browsing product and service catalogs, accessing test data through a sandbox environment, subscribing to products and services, developing applications and initiating technical integration, as well as viewing and paying invoices through the SADAD payment service. 

This portal is part of the Center’s suite of products aimed at promoting a culture of innovation and development in solutions and services that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of government resource management. It also supports building high-value partnerships and achieving excellence in meeting beneficiary expectations, in alignment with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
