This service enables individual users to inquire about Government Payments - MoI Payments that been done by them or they were the beneficiary. Moreover, inquiry about the balance available for MoI services which can be reimbursed through the bank issued from.
SLA Page
1- Login to Etimad individual platform
2- Select "Government Payments Financial" Service
3- Choose one of the services: (MoI Payments, MoI Cancelled Payments, MoI Available Balance)
4- Upon entering the target transaction page, the user can retrieve data based on the parameters available in the transaction page
