  1. Log in to the Transformational Expenditure Platform.
  2. Select the "Vision Realization Programs Funding Requests" service
  3. Choose "Create a New Request"
  4. Select the initiative for which of the funding request will be created
  5. Review the basic and descriptive data of the initiative
  6. Upload the required attachments
  7. Enter the main data for funding the initiative and then click the "Save" button
  8. Review the financial data of the initiative
  9. Select the type of funding request
  10. Enter some of the financial data for the initiative like (determine the total funding request amount, distribute the required costs based on the approved program ceiling, and distribute the required costs for the current year quarterly), then click "Save"
  11. Enter the "Initiative Performance Measurement Data" and then click "Save"
  12. Enter the "Readiness Assessment Data" and then click  "Save"
  13. Enter the "Economic and Social Impact Measurement Data" and then click "Save"
  14. Submit the funding request
