  1. Log in to the Hyperion system
  2. Select the Transfers Program - MOFBE
  3. Choose the "Reinforcement Transfers" service
  4. Create a new reinforcement request
  5. Choose type of economic classifacation 
  6. Enter the necessary/basic data for the reinforcement request and attach important information related reinforcement request 
  7. Enter the details of the reinforcement request, including items, projects, programs, and choose type of funding.
  8. Click "Update Data" to display the financial data (approved budget, current budget, actual expenditure, available amount, verification message) to ensure sufficient funds are available
  9. Enter the recipient and click to submit the reinforcement request
  10. Send the request for approval within the budget agency's approval chain
  11. The specialized employees within the approval chain will verify all documents supporting the reinforcement request, such as a ministerial decision, royal decree, or other documents, and amend the necessary data if required. And determine whether the request is within ou outside the general state budget 
  12. Upon final approval by the Minister, the item will be updated in the financial system
