Reinforcement transfers

They are requests from government agencies to enhance some budget items with amounts from outside the budget of that government agency, and this is done by transferring funds to the accounts of (projects, programs, expenses) of the agency, from the supporting sources approved by the Ministry of Finance.

Log in to the Hyperion system
Select the Transfers Program - MOFBE
Choose the "Reinforcement Transfers" service
Create a new reinforcement request
Choose type of economic classifacation
Enter the necessary/basic data for the reinforcement request and attach important information related reinforcement request
Enter the details of the reinforcement request, including items, projects, programs, and choose type of funding.
Click "Update Data" to display the financial data (approved budget, current budget, actual expenditure, available amount, verification message) to ensure sufficient funds are available
Enter the recipient and click to submit the reinforcement request
Send the request for approval within the budget agency's approval chain
The specialized employees within the approval chain will verify all documents supporting the reinforcement request, such as a ministerial decision, royal decree, or other documents, and amend the necessary data if required. And determine whether the request is within ou outside the general state budget
Upon final approval by the Minister, the item will be updated in the financial system
