This service aims to enable beneficiaries of the Etimad platform to manage their subscriptions on the platform, including upgrading, canceling, and renewing subscriptions.

  1. Select "Manage Subscriptions."
  2. Choose the subscription package to be managed, then click on the additional details icon to the left of the subscription.
  3. Click on the desired action (View Subscription Details, Renew Subscription, Upgrade Subscription, Cancel Subscription).
  • The user must be a private sector user.
  • The Private Sector must be registered on the Etimad platform.
  • Must have the permission to manage subscriptions.
