NCGR provided a service to inquire about government payments via "Etimad" platform, which enables citizens, residents and visitors to inquire about government payments, and review Ministry of Interior payments transactions’ details, and such service shall be available soon for all government authorities’ payments.
Such self-service saves time and effort, as the beneficiary may identify the details of transactions paid or canceled thereby. Further, via "Etimad" platform, said service provides the possibility of inquiring about total recoverable balance remaining on specific sector of Ministry of Interior, as well as clarification of balance’s payments and bank particulars electronically in a few minutes without the need to refer to the concerned authority.
“Etimad” platform has adopted an easy and simplified mechanism of stated service for beneficiary in order to be able to view payments’ details upon selection of method of querying whether by “beneficiary number” or “customer number”, and using available search options including (sector - service - payment date from - to) for purpose of facilitation of beneficiaries including citizens and residents access to payment data thereof.
Government payments service is included in the scope of NCGR's products and services system, which is aimed at supporting government efforts for improvement of government financial transactions’ digital transformation for purpose of achievement of the Saudi Vision 2030 objectives via the provision of qualitative services and solutions, adhering to international standards to beneficiaries.
Such service arises from NCGR's keenness to enhance digital government’s work, in addition to development of extremely precise digital products and services for all community members, whether citizens and residents.
NCGR’s CEO, Eng. Yousef Abdulrahman Al-Hargan, clarified that NCGR is working on the improvement of digital solutions’ quality level in line with Saudi Vision 2030 by provision of distinguished digital services, optimization of beneficiaries’ experiences via unified and integrated systems, and enhancement of e-services in government financial transactions via innovation and utilization of modern technologies.
