Steps to request a new Amendment on Letter of Guarantee via Letter of Guarantee system:
1- Login into Etimad Portal
2- Enter Letter of Guarantee Service
3- View all Letter of Guarantee requests (initial and final)
4- select the required Letter of Guarantee to manage/take an action (i.e. Release, Amend)
5- View the Letter of Guarantee details and click on Amend
6- Select the Amendment type (Amount, Date) and fill the required information.
7- Click on Send to send the request to Private Sector (Vendors)
Steps to request a new Amendment on Letter of Guarantee (for Vendors):
1- Login into Etimad Portal
2- Enter Letter of Guarantee Service
3- Go to Requests inbox to view all pending requests made by Government Sector
4- Select the request to view its details
5- fill in the required information before sending the request to the issuer bank.
6- Moving to Payment page where the user must select the payment type and and proceed with payment fees. 7- The request shall be sent to the issuer Bank to review.
Steps to request a new Amendment on Letter of Guarantee (for Banks):
1- Login into Etimad Portal
2- Enter Letter of Guarantee Service
3- View all requests made by vendors and select the request
4- View the request details and take the desired action:
- Approve the request
- Reject the request
5- In case of approving the request, the user shall be shift to Letter of Guarantee information to Enter the new values (new amount or new expiry date) and attaching a copy of a Amendment Letter.
6- System now shall allow all 3 users (Government, Vendors, and Banks) to view all Amendment attachments inside the Letter of Guarantee details page.
1- Private Sector (Vendors) and Banking Sector should obtain a valid Etimad annual subscription.
2- User must have the required permission to access the service (permission name: إدارة الضمانات البنكية)
