The National Center for Government Resource Systems launched the “Nuzum Community” Program with the participation of more than 110 government entities. The program aims to train and empower nominated beneficiaries from various government entities to adopt change management methodologies and enhance their awareness of utilizing government resource systems, through the establishment of a community of “System Leaders” across government entities.
The “Nuzum Community” Program consists of several stages, starting with foundational training, capacity building, support and follow-up, and culminating in the sharing of experiences and success stories. In its first phase, the training program lasted for three weeks and trained more than 120 government employees. The program combined both theoretical and practical aspects to develop participants’ skills and equip them with the necessary tools and enablers.
The training courses covered various topics, including change management, implementing communication plans with government resource system beneficiaries, influence and persuasion to motivate beneficiaries, adopting the National Center for Government Resource Systems’ methodology for change management, and the unified framework for functional training management on government resource systems. These courses are designed to assist participants during the application phase in the workplace and enable them to perform their roles as system leaders, thereby contributing to empowering government entities to effectively use government systems and enhance the beneficiary experience.
This program comes as part of the National Center for Government Resource Systems’ efforts to raise the efficiency and effectiveness of managing financial, human resources, and government procurement systems across government entities, in support of digital transformation and the achievement of Saudi Vision 2030 objectives.
