Request issuing a new Letter of Guarantee (for Vendors):
1- Login into Etimad Portal
2- Enter Letter of Guarantee Service
3- Choose the Type of Guarantee (Initial Guarantee or Final Guarantee)
4- Click [New Letter of Guarantee Request)
5- Fill in the required information and select the Bank name
6- Moving to payment page and select the type of payment
7- The request shall be sent to the selected bank for review and approval.
8- After the bank approval and issuance of the Letter, you can view the portal
9- System will automatically send a copy of the Letter to Monafasat System, and attach it within financial attachements on behalf of the vendor

Request issuing a new Letter of Guarantee (for Banks):
1- Login into Etimad Portal
2- Enter Letter of Guarantee Service
3- View all requests made by vendors and select the request
4- View the request details and take the desired action:
- Approve the request
- Reject the request
- Request additional information
5- In case of approving the request, the user shall be shift to Letter of Guarantee information and attaching a copy of a letter.
6- System will automatically send a copy of the Letter to Monafasat System, and attach it within financial attachements on behalf of the vendor.

Request issuing a new Letter of Guarantee (for Government sector):
- Government sector user can view initial guarantee in case of certain bidding status (when the user is allowed to)
- Government sector user can view initial guarantee via either (Monafasat system, or Letter of Guarantee system)
- Government sector user can view final guarantee via (Letter of Guarantee system) Steps to view Letter of Guarantee via Letter of Guarantee system:
1- Login into Etimad Portal
2- Enter Letter of Guarantee Service
3- View all Letter of Guarantee requests (initial and final)
4- Select the required Letter of Guarantee to manage/take an action (i.e. Release, Amend)
