1- Select technical specifications management service
2- Establish new committee and its work (e.g. bids examination, awarding, appeals or technical tendering committees)
3- Enter the name and address of the committee, contact information and members within the government entity with the ability to modify committee details or cancel it
1- Number of Committee members shall not be less than three, plus its chairman.
2- It shall be taken into consideration not to combine membership or chairmanship of this Committee with any of the other committees in the Law and Implementing Regulations.
3- Formation decision stipulates the appointment of a deputy chairman to replace the chairman in his absence.
4- The Committee shall be reconstituted every three years.
